Registration is now available for the ZDHC Wastewater Treatment System Operator Minimum Qualifications Training Level 1
ZDHC Academy launched its first ZDHC Wastewater Treatment System Operator Minimum Qualifications Training Level 1 (ETP Operator Training) in spring 2023. Registration is now also available on the ZDHC Academy platform!
In wastewater treatment operations at many supplier facilities worldwide, operators and technicians do not always have consistent or robust qualifications and training. Facilities may incur higher treatment costs, and encounter challenges when setting up proper treatment mechanisms. This leads to the inappropriate treatment of wastewater.
In order to fill a gap in our specialised wastewater training (in relation to the ZDHC Wastewater Treatment System Operator Minimum Qualifications Guidelines that was launched in February 2021) , TÜV SÜD developed a new e-learning course for wastewater treatment operators and those seeking to build a career as a water and wastewater treatment plant operator. This new course provides the necessary understanding and base knowledge to enable participants to demonstrate that they can meet the expectations of the ZDHC Guidelines.
The course is available in English, Vietnamese, Bangla, Hindi, and Tamil.
