ZDHC Celebrates a Milestone: First MMCF Module Certifications Awarded

ZDHC is happy to announce the awarding of the first two MMCF Module certifications to Tangshan Sanyou Group’s facilities. These facilities have met and exceeded our expectations, reaching the Aspirational Level for their 2023 reporting year.

Based on the ZDHC MMCF Guidelines V2.2, this module provides a robust framework for assessing an MMCF facility's performance as assessed by our third party reviewer, BluWin.

Under the ZDHC MMCF Guidelines, BluWin assessed Tangshan Sanyou Group's facilities on three key areas: responsible fibre production, air emissions management, and water emissions control. These areas, crucial for sustainable and ethical operations, are integral to the guidelines. Tangshan Sanyou Group's exemplary performance in these aspects not only underscores their commitment to environmental stewardship but also establishes a high standard for the industry.

Facilities are issued an MMCF Module Assessment Report for every assessment submitted, showcasing their performance to their stakeholders, along with a certificate if they reach at least the Foundational level.
