Supplier Platform Module Renewal Times Update

We have updated the ZDHC Supplier Platform so that suppliers may renew their certificates up to 90 days before expiration, where previously they could do so 30 days before. This extended renewal period is part of our efforts to improve the platform, and make the certification process as seamless as possible.

The extended renewal period gives suppliers more flexibility and control over the certification process. They can now start the renewal journey earlier, instead of waiting until right before expiration.

Included in the update, all suppliers will answer a new questionnaire when going through the renewal process. This ensures the content stays fresh, relevant, and adds value.  Please be aware, renewals will begin at the highest valid level achieved, without unnecessarily repeating lower levels.
